I sit here on a chilly Saturday morning, gazing out of the window at the frost outside. The intensity of it surprised me and I suppose it will linger on here until gone noon.
It has gone horribly quiet on the vegetable plot project, partly because of the weather, partly because of life in general. I leave work on Friday, having taken voluntary redundancy, and will have more time to devote to the outside.
Oo-er missus! This new life is going to be a momentous step for me.

New Year ramblings
The year 2009 has dawned and I'm pondering what it will bring. One resolution is to start each day afresh, not looking back on the past.
Another thing I resolve to do is to get the vegetable patch on the go, instead of just thinking about it. It'll be time for potatoes soon, I gather. Looking forward to that and should have a think about what sort to plant.
